Yes — absolutely. We use zero synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Ever. Our farm follows the strictest certified organic and regenerative organic practices, and we're happy to walk anyone through our exact methods. See our full organic practices →
Organic means no synthetic chemicals — that's the foundation. Regenerative organic goes further: it actively rebuilds soil health through cover cropping, composting, no-till methods, and biodiversity. We do both. Our goal is to leave the land healthier than we found it.
Never. We plant 100% non-GMO, certified organic seeds — and we save heirloom seeds year after year to preserve flavor, biodiversity, and the genetic heritage of our crops.
The only inputs allowed on our farm are OMRI-listed organic substances — things like neem oil, beneficial insects, and compost teas. No synthetic anything. Our preferred approach is always preventive: healthy soil grows healthy plants that resist pests naturally.

Because our produce is harvested the day before market — not weeks before like supermarket produce — it lasts significantly longer. Greens easily 7-10 days when stored properly. Tomatoes 4-7 days at room temperature. The freshness is real, and you'll notice.
Don't pre-wash. Wrap loosely in a paper towel inside a perforated bag or open container. Refrigerate. Wash only what you'll use that meal. Greens will last 7-10 days this way.
Never. Refrigeration kills tomato flavor and texture. Keep them on the counter, stem-side down, out of direct sunlight. Use within 4-7 days of purchase.
